At JF Souk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of color, design preference, or change of mind.


2. Conditions for Return

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening)
  • Clear images showing the defect or issue

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Returns without proper proof may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • The product has been used or washed
  • Tags are removed
  • No unboxing video is provided

4. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is confirmed as damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
